PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

          Thermal Oil Boilers are an asset for Petroleum and Forest products industry as well as other related sectors in terms of storing and heating asphalt & coal-tar. It could manufacture with the heat capacity of 2.000.000Kcal/h.

          Thermal Water & Steam Boiler requires extreme pressure in the level of high temperatures that is not economical due to high operating and owning costs. This situation paves the way for strengthening the distinctive position of Thermal Oil Boilers.

          In Thermal Oil Boilers, there are commonly used Heat Transfer Oil which is not exposed to chemical mutation up to 320°C within atmospheric pressure.

          In order to supply operational comfort, there is availability to manufacture " package type".

          Thermal Oil Boiler is manufactured as double jacketed, burning room from round serpentine, welded construction & special radiation type. The heating into the boiler is designed as 2 graded. In the first phase, cold oil sourced by installation is circulated in between boiler's double jacket; thus acquired its pre-heat. During second phase, oil is heated up to 250°C through circulating into spiral serpentine internal spool and then complete its whole circulation into installation.
